I've had the pleasure of knowing Meg since the summer of 2007 when we became Naval Academy girlfriends! A few weeks ago, she asked me if I would take some engagement pictures for her and her fiance, Matt.
Matt will graduate from the Academy next May, and the couple will be getting married at the Academy chapel a few weeks later!
I met up with Meg and Matt on Saturday evening. We started off at the Naval Academy. Click here to see their entire session.
Here are a couple of my favorites.
These two were just all smiles. You can tell how much they adore eachother.
Meg just looks so happy in this one. Love it!
This is Meg's NEW engagement ring. The stones are from her grandmother's engagement ring, and they had a new setting made to look similar to Meg's original engagement ring. To make it even more sentimental, Meg's grandmother told them that they were going to get married back when they were just great friends.
Before we took this next picture, Matt took care of a few of the flowers that weren't looking so hot. Thanks Matt =P
This girl can sure rock a cover!
I love this bridge.
Meg was a trooper for climbing up here for a few photos. I think it was worth it!
We headed back to their apartment, grabbed their dog, Saylor, and headed out to the park for a few more pics!
Love this one.
They're such cuties :)
Meg, you are gorgeous!!
Saylor decided to go swimming a little earlier than we would have liked... Luckily he's a really cute wet dog haha.
I love sunsets.
Thanks for hanging out with me, Meg and Matt. I had a wonderful time. Good luck planning your special day!

I met up with Keri and Luke in Annapolis on Sunday morning. Luke and Keri will be tying the knot next June after Luke graduates from the Naval Academy.
It was such a hot day! These two were troopers though! We managed to survive the heat and come out with some beautiful photos.
We started off taking a few pictures around the Yard.
This next one just makes me smile :)
Then, I suggested we head down to take some pictures by the sailboats. Luke decided that they were actually going to get ON the sailboats. I think it was a pretty awesome idea!
Then they changed into different outfits, and we headed downtown.
That's a lot of bling.
Possibly my favorite photo ever. I just love the way Luke is looking at Keri. It just makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside =P
Keri, you are GORGEOUS!
There are so many more that I want to share with you all! Click here to see more.
Keri and Luke, thank you so much for hanging out with me for the morning. Enjoy your photos! You are such a fun couple, and I wish you nothing but the best in our marriage. Congratulations on your engagement, and happy wedding planning!!

In other news, Nick and I went to his Naval Academy Ring Dance last weekend and had a wonderful time. Here are a couple pictures:
And I'm doing another engagement session on Friday. Keri and Luke are so cute. I'm so excited to take their engagement photos!

About a week and a half ago, I met up with my friend, Alyson, and her fiance, Alex, to take some engagement pictures.
Alex is a midshipman at the Naval Academy and Alyson is a student at Delaware University. Alex proposed during his Christmas leave this past year, and I couldn't be happier for them. They are getting married at the Naval Academy chapel next summer (just like me and Nick!).
These two are just so natural in front of the camera. They're the kind of couple that you can just tell how much they adore eachother. Alyson and Alex are just super cute ;)
Here are just a few of my favorites:
Alyson had the most fabulous shoes EVER.
After we took some pictures around the Yard, Alyson and Alex switched into new outfits and we headed downtown.
Mmmm lens flareeeee.
This next one was Alex's favorite from the session. Doesn't Alyson look gorgeous??
Want to see more?? Click here.
Alyson and Alex - Thank you for being so wonderful. It was such a joy to take your engagement photos.

My roommate, MJ, is the head coach of Mount De Sales Academy's JV lacrosse team. They had a game on Friday and MJ asked me to come and take some pictures of the girls in action. Here are just a few of my favorites:
The girls were so much fun to work with haha.
Congratulations on your win, ladies! I had a great time working with you. I'm sorry that I'm not going to be able to make it to your last game tomorrow. Kick some butt!
